Quiz and messages

The quiz uses your selected recipient relationship, age range, occasion, budget, interests, urgency, and gift style to recommend gifts. Answers are stored in your browser’s session storage so results can be reopened during the session. If you start checkout, those answers are also saved with the purchase. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in free-text answers.

Gift messages are created in your browser from the selected tone, recipient, occasion, and gift name. The app does not save generated messages in its purchase records. Copying a message uses your device clipboard.

Purchases and recovery

When you start checkout, the service stores your quiz answers, qualifying idea count, purchase status, payment references, a hashed access key, and record timestamps. The checkout email is associated with the purchase so paid access can be recovered.

Stripe processes payments. The app’s purchase records do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Email recovery uses a one-time verification link and a temporary sign-in session to locate the paid purchase. The app signs out that session after recovery, but this does not delete the recovery identity or purchase record.

Browser storage and service providers

A purchase access key is stored in local storage on your device. It restores access only when the server confirms a paid purchase. Recovery authentication can also use browser storage.

Lovable Cloud supports purchase records and email verification, and Stripe supports checkout and payment status. Shopping links lead to Amazon or other retailer pages, whose privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Activity and technical information

The app records interaction events in the browser, including quiz completion, result views, checkout starts, shopping-link clicks, and message generation. Some events include quiz answers; message-generation events include the selected tone, not the generated message text. No separate analytics receiver was identified in the reviewed app code; this does not establish what the hosting service may collect.

Technical error reporting can include error messages, stack details, and page paths. Hosting and service providers may process technical information and error logs to operate their services. Their log storage and retention controls have not been verified for this service.

Retention

Purchase and recovery identity records remain stored. No automatic purchase deletion schedule was found in the reviewed app code. Information may be retained when needed to provide purchased access and recovery, support transactions, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet applicable obligations. No fixed deletion schedule or provider retention period is promised by this policy.

Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab session, although browser session restoration may preserve it. Local access keys have no app-set expiry and remain until cleared or replaced. Clearing browser storage does not delete purchase or recovery identity records.

Privacy requests

Email rebevarque@gmail.com with your privacy question or request. For a purchase-related request, use the checkout email and include the purchase date or receipt reference if available. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or email sign-in links.

Requests will be reviewed, including any identity verification needed, the information involved, and applicable obligations. There is no automatic customer-facing deletion feature, and not all information can necessarily be erased immediately. Records may need to be retained for transaction, legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes, and Stripe may retain payment data independently.

Deleting information needed to identify a paid purchase can permanently prevent recovery of the purchased ideas. We will consider this limitation when reviewing a request. See Contact / Customer Support for help.
